Casino

The Venetian Macao is a Renaissance Venice-themed luxury hotel and casino resort in Macau, China owned by the Las Vegas Sands corporation. The Venetian is a 40-story, $2.4 billion anchor for the 7 resort hotels which are under construction on the Cotai Strip in Macau. The 10,500,000-square-foot (980,000 m2) Venetian Macao is modeled on its sister casino resort – the The Venetian in Las Vegas – and is the largest single structure hotel building in Asia and the third-largest building in the world by area.[1][2]

The main hotel tower was finished in July 2007 and the resort officially opened on August 28, 2007.[3] The resort has 3000 suites, 1,200,000 square feet (111,000 m2) of convention space, 1,600,000 square feet (149,000 m2) of retail, 550,000 square feet (51,000 m2) of casino space – largest in the world – with 3400 slot machines and 800 gambling tables and a 15,000 seat

arena for entertainment/sports events.

The casino is currently the largest in the world at 500,000 sq ft (46,000 m2). It is further divided into 4 themed gaming areas namely Golden Fish, Imperial House, Red Dragon and Phoenix. The casino consists of over 1000 slot machines and more than 600 gaming tables that are open around the clock.

The hotel offers a VIP club named Paiza Club to caters high-rollers and premium guests

The club comes with its own entrance, lobby, reception, team of butlers and guest lifts to the suites.

The gaming area of the Paiza Club is divided into individual private gaming rooms and named after Asian cities such as Yunnan, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

The guests of the club would have the exclusive access to the club dining outlet, the Paiza Club Dining & Lounge, which opens 24 hours a day.

The first questionnaire is a Macao-Resort-Hotel Questionnaire, customers can be seen from the chart or very satisfied with the quality of service in Venice, more than half of satisfaction. Moreover, more than 21% customers said very satisfied, this is a very impressive figures. Satisfaction mainly concentrated in thethe most popular Venetian Casino’、 ‘For all customers, the Venetian Casino opening hours are convenient. Hotels outstanding performance in these two areas. ‘When you have some problems, Venetian Casino to solve the problem, to show the sincere attitude', ‘Venetian Casino maintained a no fault record'. 30% expressed dissatisfaction with the option to focus on ‘Venetian Casino staff services to inform you the exact time'and ‘Venetian Casino provide you with personalized care'. Venetian Casino do this two job not very well.

 

The second questionnaire is Ideal Casino Questionnaire, from the chart,nearly 82 percent agreed that the questionnaire ideal Casino.So the questionnaire was successful, did not disagree with the data. Suggestion

 

Venetian hotel will continue to carry forward the advantages of opening hours and maintaining its own error-free recording and dedicated service. The strengthening of staff service quality for customers to know the exact time service. Hotels should be established customer preferences database for hotels to provide customers with more personalized service.
